A “Say No to Drugs – Life is Too Precious to Be Wasted” awareness session was conducted at Nanavati Girls’ College in collaboration with the Inner Wheel Club of Bombay Airport Tiara. The session was designed keeping in mind the unique emotional and social challenges faced by young women, focusing on emotional wellbeing as a key factor in preventing substance dependence.

Vandana Hiranandani, Founder of Anatta Humanversity, addressed the students through an interactive session that explored the connection between emotional health, stress, identity, and vulnerability to addiction. The discussion emphasized the importance of understanding emotions, building self-awareness, and channeling emotional energy into healthier and more constructive choices.
