Programs that are voluntary and tailored to the needs of the client are a foundation that offer privacy, anonymity, and a supportive environment for healing. Mahesh has led workshops for many groups, including corporates, IT consultants, IMA, FICCI-FLO (Hyd) actors, politicians, businesspeople, and individuals, on a range of subjects.He has been a fervent advocate for raising awareness about addiction in a variety of locations, including Rotary clubs, schools, and colleges like Rizvi College of Catering for parents and students.Since 2003, Mahesh has also worked with the biggest non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to chemical dependence rehabilitation. There, he has assisted co-dependents in receiving family systems treatment.
Dr. Rajiv N Jerajani

For the past thirty years, Dr. Jerajani has operated a specialized business as a consulting psychiatrist in Mumbai. Since then, he has worked in the field of chemical dependency. He has created and led courses for numerous Corporates and served as a spokesperson on addiction at countless medical and non-medical conferences. In Mumbai and other Indian cities Dr. Jerajani was a pioneer in initiating rehabilitation programs. He has developed counseling modules for chemically dependent and HIV-positive patients in collaboration with regional, national, and international organizations.Dr. Jerajani has previously served as an advocacy advisor for the Maharashtra government at the request of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. She has also conceptualized a study on the state of Maharashtra’s use of health and medical data for a World Bank project. He has Hon. PhD in alternative healing from East West University of Holistic Health Sciences in KolkattaDr. Jerajani has served as a visiting lecturer at Somaiya Medical College, TISS (Social Science), CMPHMC (Homeopathy), and NMIMS (Management). As an experiential family therapist, she is an excellent counselor helping Co-Dependents (spouses, parents, children and friends) of Chemically Dependent people.Vandana coordinates and offers help and counseling to those who seek, both dependents and co-dependents, on issues related to fitness of mind, body, social, interpersonal and spiritual growth.As an excellent administrator, she has extensive knowledge of Macro and Micro-planning, managing and designing public information systems as well as client relation programs. She is responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s corporate image and identity.

She has been working in the field of Addiction since the year 2005. A Post Graduate in Counseling practices she uses her skills as a physician and counselor in treating her clients.Also a Diploma Holder in the science of Yoga and Sanskrit from the Mumbai University. Dr. M. Shashidhara Menon trained at the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune (1974) and Institute of Naval Medicine (Mumbai University), India, has done post doctoral Fellowship training in HIV Medicine and Biostatistics from the University of South Florida, USA.Dr. Menon is a practicing Consultant in Mumbai since 1990 in the field of Clinical Cardiology, Addiction Management and HIV-AIDS Care, thus bringing over four decades of medical experience and over two and a half decades of expertise in the field. Having extensive experience as a therapist, researcher and trainer he also is the author of several internationally peer reviewed research publications, a contributing editor of a Government of India Monograph on HIV-AIDS Primary Care and a United Nations published Practitioners Guide in Substance Use Disorder management, for use in developing countries. He was the Medical Director of the largest NGO addressing Chemical Dependency and HIV-AIDS in India . Dr.Menon has in the past been Honorary Professor of Medicine under the Maharashtra University of Health Science, Consultant (Drugs and HIV) with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Regional Office for South Asia at New Delhi; the Government of India Ministry of AYUSH Regional Research Institute for HIV-AIDS and also National Level Trainer for the National Institute of Social Defense’s National Centre for Drug Abuse Prevention (NISD-NCDAP).He was also the International Trainer in Substance Use Disorder Management for the Health Ministry of the Royal Government of Cambodia. Above all, Dr. Menon is a Practitioner and Trainer of Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan for over three decades, which he also includes as Holistic Technology to benefit clients.
