Ms. Vandana Hiranandani presented a lecture on Addiction at YMT College of Physiotherapy, Dr. G. D. Pol Foundation, Kharghar, to the future physiotherapists aged from 17 to 20 years old, on the 11th of January 2019. She focused her talk on dependent and codependent therapy programs which is her strong suit. She derived the focus from students into acquiring emotional balance against emotional imbalance. At the same time, she shared her own life experiences and instances with the youth and also spread awareness regarding drunk driving. She continued the lecture with a Q/A session with the students where she cleared their inquiries, doubts and worries and finally concluded with an extremely relaxing meditation.
